• Think Design Blog Launches!

Welcome to think design! This is a new graphic design blog, aiming to bring you freebies, resources, inspiration and much more. This site was created by me, Nick Pagano, the (only) designer for Think4: Graphics + Marketing. (New Site Portfolio & Site in Progress)

Basically, I have learned a lot since shifting to primarily web work about a year ago. Not only have I drastically increased my web skills, but oddly, my love for print media has been enhanced! I’ve had alot of great help and inspiration along the way, much of which was found through other design blogs, and graphic design sites. So I wanted to created my own little design blog, and see if I couldn’t maybe help some others, and continue to learn in the process.

Right now, the site is lacking in content. But remember, we’ve just launched today! I focused mainly on getting a good number of freebies prepared, so our Freebie section is the most ‘packed.’ But don’t worry, with time, I will be jamming this site full of graphic-designy-goodness.

Please take a minute and check out what we have to offer. If your liking what you see, why not subscribe? I have also setup a twitter for this site, so make sure to follow me so you can be up to date with our newest freebies and info.

So again, welcome to think design, and stay tuned for much more!

Congratulations with the launch of your new design blog, Nick. Looks very good, love the leather texture. I see you’ve already got several posts lined up for our perusal. Well done. Good luck with the site!

P.S. You may want to consider darkening the text colour in the comment’s area, can hardly see what I typed…

Great new design! I love the stitching as well. How did you do that? Stock image or in illustrator? I have been wanting to know how to use stitching

@liam, Thanks! That’s a great compliment coming from the creator of this, and many other very solid themes. Thanks for subscribing!

@Ryan, Thanks for stopping by. The stitching/leather is part of a stock image. But shoot me an email about what your looking for more info on, etc, and I’ll see if I can’t get you an answer! (nick@thinkdesignblog.com)

hey, nice site, only thing is that the logo doesnt sit right over the leather bg, i think you should use a gif with css transparency or a png. wouldnt take too much effort and it would look much better
