Today’s textures are something I’ve been eyeing taking pictures of for a while. There are these cool old metal sculptures at a local restaurant that we go to pretty often. They are rustic, worn, grungy, and very, very cool looking. They are fairly large, but even the individual scraps of metal that make them up are really cool.
So I went by and took a bunch of pictures. They where happy to let me take pictures. They didn’t quite get why, but I get those sorts of looks a lot while taking texture shots. So I’m used to that :)
They came out great, and in total there are 53, high-resolution textures. I’m attaching a few samples below, but there are tons more in the pack. Enjoy!

Absolutely brilliant. Rusted, decaying and ageing items that are so innocently intriguing. One of my favourite subjects to photograph – my photo books are full of pictures like these. Love it.

Cool theme! Rustic somewhat an outcast. Negligible style but has an effect that really is like a tetanus.
